Epoxy Lining and Flooring application with a certain thickness on floor / wall of MS Structure and Concrete to enhance resistance power against physical, chemical and environmental attack, and also provide aesthetic appeal of floor.

Application of Epoxy Lining and Flooring

 D M Water Storage tanks inside lining, as contemplation of D M water has to be avoided.

Prefabricated Drainage Systems In D. M. Plant


D.M. Plant being a prime Utility, brake down in the operation is seldom possible. For the required rectification as for any lining dry surface is a prime requirement. Here Crescent Prefabricated Drainage systems make all the difference as it can be installed in running conditions.
For dry surface
Crescent PPG Chemical (Acid/Alkali) Resistant Lining has an application on the surface prone to (Acid/Alkali or both) Chemical Attack.

Power Plants Turbine runs from the steam generated in the Boiler, to feed the quality water to Boiler Deminaralized Water (D.M. Water) Plant is required. For the consistent quality of the water D.M. Plant required a periodical back wash at the time of back wash huge amount of (Acid/Alkali) mix water generated from D.M. Plant, that reaches to Neutralization Pit for further treatment before discharge to open environment.
In one D.M. Plant of the Power Plant required the Crescent PPG Chemical (Acid/Alkali) Resistant Lining at

Neutralization / Effluent Collection Pits also in ETP Plants

Drains of D.M. Plant to carry the (Acid/Alkali) Chemical Mix water to Neutralization pits.

At the time of discharge (Acid/Alkali) mix water comes in Regeneration pits, from here drains carries it to Neutralization pit.

Bulk Acid/Alkali Storage Areas (Dyke Area)

Acid/Alkali Dilution Area. Acid/Alkali Mixing Area.

If dry surface not possible
Once the plant become operational it becomes seldom possible to get the Regeneration pits and Drain in dry conditions, and this make the situation more complicated as brake down in the D.M. Plant is seldom possible. Crescent PPG Prefabricated Drainage system will become the only solution: In Crescent PPG Prefabricated Drainage system Drains/Regeneration pits will be constructed in isolation and installed in the running plant between the gaps of the two regenerations of the D.M. Plant. This will be done without effecting the regular operations of the D.M. Plant.

FRP Lining with Isothelic Resin: To protect the surface from the erosion due to chemical atmosphere or a very mild chemicals.

FRP Lining with Bisphenol Resin: When the chemicals are of corrosive nature.

FRP Lining with Vinyl Ester Resin: When the chemicals are highly corrosive nature and temperature is also there.

FRP Lining with Super Vinyl Ester: When the chemicals are of highly corrosive nature, teleprinter is there and some abrasion is also being there

FRP Lining / GRP Lining manufacturers Bhopal


FRP (Fiber Glass Reinforced Plastic) Lining has a very wide application to protect the surface from the erosion / corrosion due to chemical atmosphere or directly because of the chemicals handled there out.
FRP Lining is basically a hand lapping process where Glass Fiber used with different type of resins as per the chemical compositions and type of exposure. The basic advantages of FRP Lining the application are very simple along with the surface preparation required before the application. It does not required the tedious process of sand blasting as in other linings required. And we can select the resin as per the job applications and the cost also varies accordingly

Acid Resistance Tiles / Acid Proof Bricks / Chemical resistant ART lining


Since the Corrosion Technology found, Acid Proof Bricks & Tiles are Prime material among all other anti-corrosive systems developed over the years. Some of the key features of the Acid Resistant Tiles linings make it indispensable in the modern world against the new entities.
Why it is required?

Acid Resistance Tiles, Flooring and Lining becomes inevitable:
Organic Compounds or Solvents in composition with other acid or corrosive material in substantial quantity.
Chemical reactors or any other application where the process temperatures go beyond 125 ^c.
Chemical process plant where acid or corrosive chemicals used along with heavy mechanical jobs, for example Glavanizing or Pickaling plants etc.
Sizes avialable
Tiles are available in the thickness of 10MM, 12MM, 15MM, 20MM, 25MM, 38MM and 75 MM.
Application Process
In Acid Resistance Tiles Lining job involves, primer application, mastic bad formation, Acid Resistance Tiles Laying, joints filling and then the pointing (coating filling) the gap top edge of the joints.

Pointing is the most important activity other then all the activity involved in the Acid Proof Bricks Tiles Lining.
Pointing Material:
CNSL :
The most commonly used 2 component (Powder and Resin) pointing material. Mortar has outstanding Resistance against both Acids and Alkalis’ up to its Specific conditions.
FURANE:
2 component (Resin and Powder) has better application against Solvent. FURAN is used for acid resistant bricks and tiles lining where maximum chemical resistance lining is required. Due to its high strength, excellent bonding & Acid & Alkali & Solvent resisting Nature.
PHENOLIC:
Phenolic is used for acid resisting brick/tile lining where protection against Sulfuric acid is needed. It is recommended for pickling tank lining, reaction & storage vessels lining, floors, drains lining.
